the staff were helpful and organised parking for me! the location allowed easy access to the city centre on foot. the room was surprisingly large, and i liked the nice, modern bathrooms.
the room lacked fresh water. i think providing complimentary water would improve the experience, especially after a long day of traveling.

the team on site was very friendly and available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. check-ins were available at an early time, which i found especially helpful after an overnight flight. i am grateful for such attentiveness.

the hotel is near a bus stop for the number sixteen bus, which comes directly from the airport. various buses go to the center of the city. a shop is also close, offering food and other extras.

I had a twin room with a shared shower room. a door divided the room giving my friend and me privacy for sleep. That was a lovely surprise. it was a nice central area and very quiet.

i ate at a nice japanese restaurant close by. it was named day n night. i found the food tasty and the atmosphere inviting after a day exploring the city.

the location was good for getting around. staff were polite. the place was clean. i did appreciate that.
The room was very narrow. It was tiny, very hard to navigate around the room at times. there were only two electronic ports, under the desk. Both sockets had already been taken up by the tv and kettle plugs. the bed was very uncomfortable. You could hear a few loose springs in the mattress.

the location suited my plans so well and the team was friendly.. the building has real character and the room was nice. i appreciated that i could access the team anytime because they were available 24/7.
i noticed the decor seemed a little tired.
